When placing your first order with The Supermom Company, you’ll be asked to provide your shipping and payment information. Your order will be shipped to the address entered at checkout.
Please note the following important details:
•⁠ ⁠Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your details at checkout to ensure accuracy.
•⁠ ⁠If you are enrolled in an active subscription and your shipping address changes, you must update it in your Supermom Account or contact our Customer Care team at least 72 hours before your next renewal date.
•⁠ ⁠Once your order has left The Supermom Company’s facility and has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays or issues.
•⁠ ⁠The risk of loss and title for your purchase passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

Billing and Payments Policy
When you place an order with The Supermom Company, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time of purchase. A valid form of payment—such as a credit card or approved payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay)—is required to complete your transaction.
By providing your payment information, you authorize The Supermom Company to charge your account for all applicable fees at the time of purchase. No additional notice or consent is required prior to billing.

Please note:
•⁠ ⁠It is your responsibility to ensure your billing address and payment information are accurate and up to date.
•⁠ ⁠If your payment method is declined, we will make multiple attempts to process the transaction. If unsuccessful, we may contact you for updated information or request updated details through your bank, card network, or our payment processor.
•⁠ ⁠The Supermom Company is not responsible for any additional fees your bank or credit card issuer may apply (e.g., overdraft fees, currency conversion charges, etc.).

Autoship Subscription Policy Process, Renewal & Cancellation
When you sign up for an autoship subscription with The Supermom Company, your subscription will automatically renew based on the frequency you selected—either every month or every three months—at the same price (plus applicable taxes). Your chosen product(s) will be conveniently delivered to you at your selected interval without needing to reorder.
By enrolling, you agree that your account will remain in this automatic renewal cycle unless you:
1.⁠ ⁠Skip your next order,
2.⁠ ⁠Pause your subscription, or
3.⁠ ⁠Cancel your autoship subscription by logging into your Supermom Account and selecting

Manage Your Subscription.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must make any changes to your subscription at least 72 hours before your next renewal date. Changes made after this window may not apply until the following cycle.
Please note:
•⁠ ⁠All autoship subscription orders are non-refundable.
•⁠ ⁠By subscribing, you authorize The Supermom Company to charge your selected payment method for the initial order and again at the start of each subsequent monthly or quarterly renewal.
•⁠ ⁠Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two billing cycles before cancellation is permitted. You may only cancel your autoship after your second charge.
•⁠ ⁠Cancellations before completing two full subscription cycles (monthly or quarterly) are not allowed.
